As well as opening Orign health club in 2013 Jake has continued to take on clients as a personal trainer. Working one to one with people is something Jake has always been pasionate about. He believes working on this basis can really speed up the time results can be made and seen! Whislt also giving the client the correct knoweldge and education to be able to take hold of thier own training.
Whether you have an up and coming event / race, want to slim down for a holiday, discuss training regimes, diet plans, or need additional motivation and knowledge in the gym, working on a one to one basis with Jake will help you achieve your goals.
Lauren plays a big role at Origin, whilst personal training her clients she also manages to host the majority of our classes.
Her uplifting spirit and go-getter attitude makes her a fantastic instructor and Personal Trainer.
Laurens expertise involve; strength & conditioning, Cardio and Interval training, and she is focused on helping clients achieve their weight loss goals.
To aid to her expertise Lauren has completed her Level 3 Personal training and continued developing her skills to qualify as a Cycling, Metafit and Kettlercise Instructor.
