One full calendar month’s notice is required when cancelling your membership.
Memberships cannot be cancelled within the first three months of joining.
Upon submitting your cancellation request, one final monthly payment will be billed. This covers your final notice period, during which your membership remains active.
Your direct debit will be automatically cancelled by us once this final payment has been collected.
Cancelling your direct debit independently does not constitute notice and may result in missed payments being pursued.
Any outstanding membership fees must be paid upon request by the club or by an authorised collection agency.
Overdue accounts may be passed to an external collection agency, and additional fees may apply.
