Mark Holmes is a Sports Therapist with 15 years experience working in elite sport – treating dancers, triathletes, body builders and has most recently been endorsed by the Monaco Yacht Club. His clients have predominantly been footballers in the premiere league; having worked with Blackburn Rovers, Sunderland AFC, England U21s, FA Officials and Real Madrid legends. Mark has constantly been pushed to be at the top of his field as part of a strong medical team.
Having travelled the world with his work, and always keen to learn, Mark has continued to develop by adopting new skills and techniques that ensure he stands out professionally. Treatments he offers include: sports massage, fascia release techniques, hot stone massage and cupping massage.
Mark has now decided to start a new chapter, concentrating full time on his clinics. Whilst his experience is predominantly with athletes, his treatments are for newcomers to sport, non-participants and everyone in between. His primary concern is to help reduce aches and pains as quickly as possible, and ensure all his clients are at their optimum level of fitness, regardless of age and ability.

Sports massage is a treatment given with the understanding not only of anatomy and physiology but also of the particular demands placed upon the body.
It's a treatment involving the manipulation of soft tissue with each treatment being specific to the client focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive movement. Despite its title, sports massage can be a treatment for anyone.
Tool assist massage
A treatment involving an instrument for all soft tissue conditions whether they are chronic, acute or post surgical. The technique helps to break down the scar tissue as well as stretch connective
tissue and muscle fibres.
The tool is used to locate muscle constriction (knot) by running a tool over the skin to feel for fibrous or scar tissue that may be causing you pain or restricting your movement.
A western approach on the Traditional Chinese Medicine. The suction and negative pressure creates a vacuum lifting soft, connective tissue and breaking up and draining excess fluids and toxins
(think of it like flossing for muscles). There is an increased blood flow to that area and that's why you see marks on some patients.
This treatment helps to increase motion and break down subtle Lesions within certain areas of the body.
