This class will help to develop strength, flexibility, posture and a calm mind, as well as provide a well conditioned body to enhance performance in other sporting activities.It also helps to improve the cardiovascular system through using the breath as well as fluid movement.
Polly will focus on specific weekly themes that will work towards developing a holistic approach to movement.
The class is small with a maximum of 8 people, so you will receive lots of personal adjustments and assistance.
Polly trained with Yoga Alliance Professionals, a prestigious awarding body and has a combined 16 years of yoga practice and teaching that she enjoys sharing with people through creative, uplifting sequences.
This Class runs on Friday mornings.
